1. Identification of the service and provider
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of De la Terreta, a local community web platform focused on Valencia and surroundings, operated by [NOMBRE DEL TITULAR](the "Provider"). For any query regarding these terms, you can contact us at [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].
2. Purpose and conditions of use
De la Terreta allows registered users to discover and propose activities ("planazos"), participate in a community chat and FAQ, play minigames, earn and spend an internal virtual currency ("Terreta Tokens"), and redeem items in the store catalogue, subject to availability and the rules described here and in the rest of the legal information.
The service is intended for natural persons who can validly accept these terms. To register you must provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your case). Use of the platform implies acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy where applicable.
3. Community rules of conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with other users, in planazos, chat, store, and any other participatory area. Without limitation, the following is prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Illegal content, spam, malware, or attempts to compromise security.
- Impersonation of third parties, the Provider, or staff.
- Fraudulent use of geolocation, attendance, tokens, minigames, or the store.
- Any use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
The Provider may moderate content and apply technical or organisational measures described in the Privacy Policy. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
4. Terreta Tokens
Terreta Tokens are a virtual points system internal to the platform. They can be obtained or spent according to the rules configured in the service (for example: planazo attendance verified under the published conditions, minigame rewards with daily limits, store redemptions, or administrative adjustments recorded in the system).
Terreta Tokens do not constitute legal tender, have no real monetary value, are not convertible into cash, and are not a payment instrument outside the platform. They may be modified, limited, or discontinued as part of service updates, always within the limits of applicable law and with reasonable notice when appropriate.
5. User-generated content
You are responsible for the content you publish (messages, proposals, profile data, etc.) and warrant that you have the necessary rights to share it. You grant the Provider a licence strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, display, moderation, and technical backup), without prejudice to your ownership of your content where applicable.
The Provider does not systematically pre-moderate all content but may remove or restrict material that breaches these Terms or the law, and cooperate with competent authorities when required.
6. Suspension and account closure
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, legal obligation, security reasons, or prolonged inactivity if the Provider adopts such a policy and informs users reasonably.
Where the account is closed or deleted in accordance with the flows offered in the app, associated effects (for example release of planazo places, token balance adjustments, or store orders) will follow the logic implemented in the platform and the Privacy Policy. The Provider will not use tokens as a substitute for statutory consumer rights where those apply.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or suitability for a particular purpose beyond what mandatory law requires.
Participation in planazos, travel to venues, use of third-party maps or services, and interactions between users are at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) and the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), liability is limited as permitted by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires a different procedure (for example, additional notice or consent for substantial changes).
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, you and the Provider submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile when mandatory rules so provide; otherwise, to the courts of the Provider's domicile in Spain, unless a different competent jurisdiction is established by imperative law.
